• Made-to-Order Outfits (e.g., Labubu & Pet Clothes):
  Processing time is 10–25 business days since each outfit is crafted specially for you.

• Framed Art & Desk Decor:
  Processing time is 2–4 business days before dispatch.

• Pre-Order Products:
  Processing time is 20–30 business days (plus delivery time) before shipment.

After processing, estimated shipping times are:

• Australia: approx. 7–15 business days

• International: approx. 15–30 business days, depending on destination & customs clearance

Please note: Delivery times may vary due to customs, holidays, courier delays, or high-volume seasons.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the courier. If this occurs, please contact your local courier/post office for assistance.
