✨ Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to love every piece you order — each one is carefully handmade or curated with attention to detail and heart. Because most items are made-to-order, we ask for your understanding that we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, we’re happy to help resolve any issues related to damage, defects, or incorrect items.
📅 Return Period
We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery, but only for items that are:
- Damaged or defective
- Incorrect (wrong item, size, or style)
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Custom, made-to-order, or handmade items (unless faulty)
- Used or worn items
- Sale items or gift cards
Items returned without contacting us first
🧾 To Request a Return
Please email us at earthselegance17@gmail.com with:
- Your order number (use the email used at checkout)
- Photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect)
- A short description of the issue
- If your return is approved, we’ll provide return instructions and a return address. Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.
📦 Returning Items
Returned items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received them
- In original packaging, with proof of purchase
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect. We recommend tracked shipping, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.
💸 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
If you haven’t received a refund after 15 business days, please contact your bank or card issuer. Then feel free to follow up with us.
🇪🇺 EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, for any reason. To qualify:
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase
- Return shipping is at your expense unless the item is faulty
❗ Note on Handmade Items
Most of our products are individually crafted or made-to-order. As such, slight variations in color, texture, or size may occur — this is part of their charm and not considered a defect.
